8th IMPRS NeuroCom Summer School
We are pleased to invite you to the 8th IMPRS NeuroCom Summer School in Cognitive Neuroscience, which will take place from 26-28 June 2018 in Leipzig, Germany at the Max Planck Institute for Human Cognitive and Brain Sciences.
The summer school will bring together well-known scientists, Post-Docs and early career researchers from all over the world to enlighten and discuss some key topics of Cognitive Neuroscience.
The organization committee has invited a wide range of well-known scientists from around the globe as well as local speakers from Leipzig and Germany.
Sessions will cover the following themes:
- Tools and Techniques in Cognitive Neuroscience
- Social Interaction
- Modeling the Mind
- Big Data and Neuroethics
We cordially invite national and international doctoral researchers, but also Master’s students and Post-Docs conducting research in the interdisciplinary field of cognitive neuroscience. Participants are invited to present their current work in form of a poster. Work in progress will also be accepted. We will award a poster prize (refund of the summer school registration fee).The summer school will again offer an unforgettable experience, with inspiring lectures, discussions and social get-togethers.

Registration fee: 150 €
Please note that participants MUST pay by 15th May 2018 to secure their place. The fee covers attendance to all sessions, catering during coffee breaks and lunches at all three days as well as a welcome dinner on 26 June 2018. Your travel costs and accommodation are not included. Once we have received your payment your place at the summer school will be confirmed (please allow us 48 hours to confirm the receipt of your payment).
The registration will be closed on 30 April 2018. Confirmation of acceptance soon after the registration deadline.
