Course description:

PsPM is a method to estimate psychological states from peripheral physiological signals, implemented in a freely accessible Matlab toolbox.  The workshop is aimed at newcomers to the method and will focus on fostering an intuitive understanding and working with practical examples. We will provide ample opportunity for training with the software. For interested participants with previous exposure to fMRI or other model-based analysis tools, we will prepare optional sessions about the experimental and computational background.

Course leader:

Prof. Dr Dominik Bach, Dr Christoph Korn, & Philipp Paulus
